Basics

I won't charge you anything until I've given you fixed quotes for the job and you've accepted one of them.
The price will then be fixed, however long it takes, but if I cannot do it for some reason there will not be a charge.
The quotes will be roughly based on an hourly rate of £25 for the first hour plus £15 for each additional hour.

Supply and fit new 160Gb and copy data from old disk drives £75
Install Home wireless Network - from £50 including parts and security audit, depending on Network standard.
Rebuild PC Operating System & Software, including health check and bring up to date £50
Upgrade to Windows 7 (supplied by customer) including health check £50.
Upgrade and supply Windows 7 (Home Premium edition) including health check £105.
Supply & Fit DVD writer internal drive from £45 depending on make/model.
Supply new Computer base unit (incl. Windows 7 Home Premium), copy data from old PC and reinstall all software from £425.
Supply new Computer base unit (incl. Windows 7 Home Premium) and install only from £400.
Supply new Laptop including Windows 7 Home Premium, Carrycase and Mouse from only £450.

Translation work is charged at 15p-20p per word depending on technical content and is subject to a minimum of £20 per translation.
