• I won't charge you anything until I've given you fixed quotes for the job and you've accepted one of them.
• The price will then be fixed, however long it takes, but if I cannot do it for some reason there will not be a charge.
• The quotes will be roughly based on an hourly rate of £25 for the first hour plus £15 for each additional hour.

French & Italian Translation Service
• Translation work is charged at 15p-20p per word depending on technical content and is subject to a minimum of £20 per translation.
